Will Conan O’Brien and his $45 Million Have the Last Laugh?

Everyone knows by now that Conan O’Brien’s reign as the Tonight Show host will be over soon and Jay Leno will be taking over the position he once held.  NBC gave O’Brien and his staff a $45 million payout.   O’Brien’s last airdate on the Tonight show will be this Friday and Leno will return to the Tonight Show March 1st. 

Although it seems that O’Brien was seriously slighted, there are other parties that are very interested in him hosting a show.  FOX already seems interested in having Conan O’Brien come over to their network.    

The whole situated does seem to stink for Conan.  At one time he was promised the position as host of the Tonight Show and now his job is being taken back.   Hopefully he find a great job another network and show NBC that they made a huge mistake in letting him leave.
